STEP 1

How to make pork with canned beans in tomato sauce? Prepare all the ingredients needed for the recipe. You can use canned white beans in tomato sauce. In this case, omit the tomato paste. It is also acceptable to use regular dry red beans. To do this, you need to pre-soak it and boil it until tender. Take tomatoes as desired.
STEP 2

Rinse the pork, dry it with napkins and cut into medium-sized pieces. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a thick-bottomed saucepan or cauldron. A separate article at the link at the end of the recipe will help you choose oil for frying. Send the meat to fry. Cook, stirring until golden brown. Next, pour in a little water (about 50-100 ml) and simmer the pork over moderate heat under the lid until almost done.
STEP 3

Prepare the vegetables. Peel the onions, garlic and carrots. Remove the seed pod from bell peppers. Rinse all vegetables.
STEP 4

Chop onions, peppers, carrots and tomatoes as desired, not very finely.
STEP 5

Place the vegetables in the pan with the meat. Stir and simmer everything together for about 10 minutes.
STEP 6

Add tomato paste, salt everything to taste. At this stage, you can use your favorite spices.
STEP 7

Add beans to all ingredients.
STEP 8

If there is not enough liquid, add the required amount of water. I didn't pour in a full glass of boiling water. Place the chopped garlic into the pan as well.
STEP 9

Mix everything and simmer under the lid for about 10-15 minutes. At the end of cooking, sprinkle the dish with fresh herbs, chopped finely.
STEP 10

Serve pork and beans only hot. Offer ground black pepper to everyone on a plate.
