Pork shulum with beets

Both the first and the second at once - the rich and thick soup will feed everyone! Our diet contains enough elements of the periodic table, but we still want... for example, the rich dish Shulum. I tried to cook it recently. The traditional lamb, which was added to shulum by the Cossacks and residents of the Caucasus, had to be replaced in the recipe with what was on hand - a good piece of pork. We will prepare pork shulum.
