STEP 1
How to make pork rolls with cheese in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For cooking, you can use any part of boneless pork, but it is most convenient to use carbonate. Choose cheese according to your taste. It is this that will give the dish the main taste.
STEP 2
Cut the meat into portions and beat on both sides with a kitchen hammer. Sprinkle with salt and spices. When adding salt, keep in mind that mayonnaise will also add salt to the meat. Depending on the salinity of the mayonnaise, salt may not be needed.
STEP 3
In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise with mustard and chopped garlic and spread the resulting sauce onto the meat in a thin layer.
STEP 4
Cut the cheese into cubes, place it on the edge of the meat and wrap it in a roll. Form all the meat rolls in this way. If the pieces of meat are small, secure the rolls with toothpicks. My rolls are well twisted, so I did not secure them.
STEP 5
For frying, use a comfortable wide frying pan. Heat it until hot and pour in vegetable oil. Place the meat rolls seam side down and fry them until golden brown on all sides.
STEP 6
Rotate them evenly on different sides. Then add a little hot water to the rolls and simmer them under the lid for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 7
During stewing, the cheese will melt and some will flow into the pan. The rolls will continue to stew in it and will be pleasantly saturated with its taste and aroma. Place the finished meat rolls on a plate and serve. Bon appetit!
