Any potato will do, but if possible, it is better to take young potatoes and cook them in their skins without peeling them. For spices, I take salt and ground black pepper; you can add other favorite spices. I will cook in a baking bag, you can replace it with foil. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees in advance.

    Rinse and dry the pork ribs. Cut or chop them into portions. Sprinkle the ribs with salt and ground black pepper on all sides.

    Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into arbitrary pieces. Place the potatoes in a baking bag, add a little salt and stir.

I liked the option of baking with potatoes. A convenient side dish with meat is prepared immediately. I recommend another option for baking ribs in tomato paste.

I love such dishes; baking in a sleeve is always very convenient. It takes little effort and time, but the result is worthy. I first put the ribs in the sleeve. It seemed to me that one pepper was not enough, so I added my favorite spices. I used rosemary, dried dill and paprika. I spread the potatoes on top, salted them and added a little vegetable oil. I didn’t mix it, I left it in layers. I baked it for an hour. When I opened the sleeve, I was even surprised. The potatoes turned golden, as if they had been fried in a frying pan. Usually the vegetables in the sleeve are not completely baked, but rather simmered. And here the potatoes turned out so delicious, and the ribs were also well baked. Spices and meat juice soaked the potatoes, they became aromatic, juicy and fried. The meat on the ribs is soft and juicy. Very tasty and beautiful!
