Before marinating the ribs, it is necessary to free them from the film that is located on the inside of the ribs
STEP 3

Cut the ribs into portions
STEP 4

For the mustard sauce, combine honey and Dijon mustard.
STEP 5

Add regular Russian mustard - it will add sharpness and piquancy to our ribs
STEP 6

Add dried herbs to taste - I used basil
STEP 7

Now a little mixture of peppers, or just regular black pepper and a little hot red pepper
STEP 8

Add a little vegetable oil - it will help the meat to be better saturated with spices
STEP 9

Now add salt or, like me, add soy sauce instead of salt, my soy sauce is not very salty, so I added a little salt
STEP 10

Mix everything well and the sauce is ready!
STEP 11

Rub the ribs well with the resulting sauce and leave to marinate for at least 3 hours, or even better, overnight
STEP 12

Bake the ribs at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, if your ribs have a lot of meat, cover them with foil for the first 20-30 minutes, bake without foil for the remaining time
STEP 13

While baking, remove the ribs from the oven and pour the remaining sauce over them.
STEP 14
