The pork ribs in mustard sauce turned out simply gorgeous! We generally love ribs in any form, but this marinade makes them the most delicious. My ribs were in the form of an upper part with vertebrae. I divided them into pieces of 1-2 vertebrae. In total it turned out to be about two kilograms. First, I poured water on them for an hour to let the blood come out. Then I dried it and rubbed the meat parts well with marinade. For the marinade, I first heated the honey in a bowl, then added soy sauce and vegetable oil. All this gives the meat not only a pleasant taste, but also an appetizing rosy appearance. I took homemade mustard and added grains. Spices: paprika, curry and black pepper. I placed the ribs on a wide plate, meat side down, so that it was better soaked. I covered it with cling film and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for three hours. Bake for 40 minutes at 200°. And before that, I sprinkled the ribs with frozen garlic arrows for flavor. The meat on the ribs turned out to be very soft, tender, and fried. The marinade soaked the pork well. The ribs are incredibly delicious! I recommend!
