For the holiday table I prepared pork ribs in foil, everyone loves them, even children. The quantity turned out to be about two kilograms. Accordingly, I added the proportions using the site’s calculator. Added salt and garlic pieces to the tomato paste. And I replaced suneli hops with a barbecue seasoning. The ribs do not need long marinating, so I immediately put them in a dish lined with foil. I also covered the top with a sheet of foil and pressed it well. I baked it for an hour, during which time a lot of juice was released, in which the ribs were stewed. I also baked it for 20 minutes without foil. The ribs were nicely browned and the juice had almost evaporated. It turned out very, very tasty! The aroma is simply incredibly appetizing! Both children and adults enjoyed eating these delicious ribs with soft, juicy meat. The side dish included boiled potatoes and homemade pickles. Thanks for the recipe! I recommend!

I really wanted meat, definitely ribs. I saw a recipe for pork ribs in foil and decided to cook according to this recipe. I bought the meat in a large piece, pulpy, but with ribs. I cut these ribs so that there was still enough meat on them. I didn’t divide the ribs into portions; I wanted to bake them as a whole piece. Spices include suneli hops, Caucasian herbs, garlic and adjika. Mixed everything together with tomato paste and wrapped in two layers of foil. Placed it in the oven on low heat. After an hour and a half, the aroma of herbs and garlic penetrated even the staircase landing. After waiting for another 15 minutes to be sure, I took the form with the ribs out of the oven, freed it from the foil, then cut it into pieces and served it with boiled rice. I didn’t brown it until it was crispy like in the recipe; the baked ribs looked delicious and smelled amazing. The meat on the ribs was well cooked, easily separated from the bones, and was very juicy. There was still juice from the ribs in the foil; I poured it over the side dish. These ribs in foil are the perfect complement to boiled rice, a very filling and tasty lunch. Thanks for the recipe.
