Pork kebab on kefir with coriander

Kefir makes kebab tender and piquant in taste! The marinade for pork shashlik can be different, but lately I really like it with kefir. This is the option indicated in the recipe I proposed. The meat turns out juicy and flavorful. Prepare - you won't regret it!

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Preparing ingredients for this recipe. We just recently read a recipe for frying pork shish kebab with kefir, after which we immediately tried it - it turned out delicious! I am sharing it with you.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Peel and cut the onion into thick rings.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Take lean pork fillet and cut it into pieces. Each individual piece should weigh about 20 grams.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Place the chopped pork and onions in a bowl, preferably clay or enamel. We do this in layers. First add a layer of pork.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

    Sprinkle chopped herbs on top.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Next, lay out the onions and greens again. Sprinkle the layer with your favorite herbs and spices that go with the meat to taste. We use cilantro for this marinade. We also make sure to add salt so that the meat releases its juices. Next we repeat the layers: meat, herbs, onions, seasonings and salt. Leave enough pork and onions for one more layer.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

    Pour kefir into the pan.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

    Distribute it evenly.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Lay out the remaining layer of meat and onions, sprinkle with herbs, add salt and spices. The marinated meat should be soaked in kefir for a day in a cold place.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

When you grill shish kebab, after all the meat has been placed on skewers, do not pour out the kefir. You will need it during cooking. They need to water the meat periodically. I personally really liked this pork kefir kebab recipe, bon appetit!
