Recipe: pork in cream sauce in a frying pan I liked it for its simplicity and appetizing appearance. I cut the meat into small pieces, placed it in a heated frying pan and fried it lightly in vegetable oil. Added chopped garlic and onion cut into half rings, mixed and fried together. Then I salted it, peppered it, added cream and simmered until done. Everything turned out great, the cream did not curdle. The meat turned out to be very tender and tasty! I really liked the dish! The cream has curdled anyway... It’s better to fry the onions separately and add them to the finished dish
