Pork in a frying pan with minimal ingredients

STEP 1

Cut the pork into small pieces, approximately the same size. It is good if the meat has a small amount of fat. Thanks to this, it will be juicy when finished.
STEP 2

Pour some vegetable oil into a hot frying pan. Place the chopped meat and fry it in a hot frying pan for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. The pan should be hot enough so that a crust immediately forms on the meat, which retains all the meat juices inside the pieces.
STEP 3

Peel large onions and rinse in cold water to prevent your eyes from watering when cutting. Cut the peeled onion into half rings.
STEP 4

Add the chopped onion to the frying pan with the meat and fry everything together without reducing the heat for another 3-4 minutes. During this time, the onion will become transparent. Add a little salt and spice to taste.
STEP 5

Then add hot water to the pan. Reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid. Simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes. During this time, the meat fibers will become softer and more tender. The finished dish can be supplemented with any side dish: potatoes, spaghetti or rice. When serving, if desired, sprinkle with a little herbs. Serve hot. Bon appetit!
