    Peel large onions and rinse in cold water to prevent your eyes from watering when cutting. Cut the peeled onion into half rings.

    Add the chopped onion to the frying pan with the meat and fry everything together without reducing the heat for another 3-4 minutes. During this time, the onion will become transparent. Add a little salt and spice to taste.

    Then add hot water to the pan. Reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid. Simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes. During this time, the meat fibers will become softer and more tender.
