very good dish for dinner. tasty, quick to prepare and the ingredients are affordable. The meat can, of course, be taken from another chicken or young veal, but still pork in combination with pineapple will be tastier. the chicken is a little dry and the young veal is of course also good, but I’ll tell you who likes what. Pineapples give sweetness to pork and form a beautiful crust when fried. the meat becomes juicy and moderately sweet, especially since spices can be used to suit your taste. Bon appetit.
