Plum puree for the winter from fresh plums takes a long time to prepare, but it’s worth it. Although minimal participation in the preparation of such puree is required. In three hours, the plums really boil down a lot. From two kilograms of plums I got one half-liter jar and a little more left. I put the rest into a plastic box. Cocoa is added to the puree. This was somewhat unexpected for me, but I still put the required amount of cocoa powder in the puree. And I didn’t regret it. It turned out very unusual. Plum puree tastes like Prunes in Chocolate candies. The consistency of the puree is very thick. I think it would be great as a pie filling. Thank you very much for the recipe!
