STEP 1

STEP 2

In a bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in water. Leave the mixture for about 10 minutes until a light foamy “cap” appears on the surface. This will check the activity of the yeast. If you are confident in their quality, you don’t have to wait for activation, but proceed to the next step.
STEP 3

Add salt and olive oil, stir.
STEP 4

Sift flour into liquid ingredients. Do not pour out all the flour at once. You may need more or less flour than the specified amount. Stir the dough first with a spoon, then knead with your hands. The dough is soft, homogeneous, and does not stick to your hands. Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
STEP 6

Meanwhile, prepare the ingredients for the filling. Boiled-smoked chicken breast can be replaced with any sausages. Wash the vegetables and dry them.

The dough has risen. It has doubled.

Evenly distribute the grated mozzarella.
STEP 11

Cut the chicken breast into thin slices and place on the base.
STEP 12

Distribute the tomatoes cut into thin slices. Choose tomatoes that are ripe but firm so that they retain their shape when cut.
STEP 13

Bulgarian pepper, previously cleared of seeds and stalks, cut into rings and arrange.

Place the olives. Olives will also work.

Grate hard cheese on top using a coarse grater. Any cheese is suitable: soft, hard, semi-hard. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.

You can put cherry tomatoes cut into halves, quarters or circles on top of the cheese.
STEP 17
