  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make pizza with yeast like in a pizzeria? Prepare the necessary ingredients for the dough. Dry yeast can be replaced with fresh yeast. How to do this correctly, read the article at the link at the end of the recipe. Heat the water slightly.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

In a bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in water. Leave the mixture for about 10 minutes until a light foamy “cap” appears on the surface. This will check the activity of the yeast. If you are confident in their quality, you don’t have to wait for activation, but proceed to the next step.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Add salt and olive oil, stir.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Sift flour into liquid ingredients. Do not pour out all the flour at once. You may need more or less flour than the specified amount. Stir the dough first with a spoon, then knead with your hands. If necessary, add remaining flour during kneading. You can read more about flour and its properties in a separate article, link at the end of the recipe.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

The dough is soft, homogeneous, and does not stick to your hands. Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Meanwhile, prepare the ingredients for the filling. Boiled-smoked chicken breast can be replaced with any sausages. Wash the vegetables and dry them.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

The dough has risen. It has doubled.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

On parchment paper, roll out the dough into a thin round base and form sides. My base diameter was approximately 24 cm. How to choose parchment for baking, read the article at the link at the end of the recipe. Turn on the oven to 200 degrees in advance.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Coat the dough with ketchup or tomato sauce. Sprinkle with basil or oregano. Pizza sauce recipes can be selected from the catalog using the link at the end of the recipe.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

    Evenly distribute the grated mozzarella.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Cut the chicken breast into thin slices and place on the base.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Distribute the tomatoes cut into thin slices. Choose tomatoes that are ripe but firm so that they retain their shape when cut.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

Bulgarian pepper, previously cleared of seeds and stalks, cut into rings and arrange.

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

Place the olives. Olives will also work.

  15. STEP 15

    STEP 15

Grate hard cheese on top using a coarse grater. Any cheese is suitable: soft, hard, semi-hard. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.

  16. STEP 16

    STEP 16

You can put cherry tomatoes cut into halves, quarters or circles on top of the cheese.

  17. STEP 17

    STEP 17

Bake the pizza in an oven preheated to 200 C for about 20 minutes. Set the baking mode and time based on the operating characteristics of your oven. A useful article on this topic can be read at the link at the end of the recipe.

  18. STEP 18

    STEP 18

Serve the finished pizza with yeast, just like in a pizzeria, to the table. Bon appetit!

In my opinion, pizza with yeast dough is the most delicious! Today I was once again convinced of this by making pizza with yeast, just like in a pizzeria. The crumb of the pizza came out thin, soft and porous. Neutral in taste, it allowed other ingredients to develop more fully. And the dough is the simplest. Made with water, vegetable oil and yeast. I replaced olive oil with vegetable oil. The dough rose perfectly. I prepared it for 5 servings, just enough for one pizza. Having rolled out the dough and put it in a frying pan, I greased it with ketchup and sprinkled it with cheese, replacing the mozzarella with it. I added slices of sausage (instead of smoked-boiled chicken breast), tomatoes, finely chopped pickled cucumber (instead of olives). Topped with grated cheese and small tomatoes. I didn’t add bell pepper. It turned out tasty and juicy (two layers of cheese, tomatoes and ketchup did the job)! Both my husband and I really liked the pizza! Thank you very much for the recipe!

This is the best pizza dough recipe I've tried. And I tried a lot of them))). The only thing is that I started mixing finely ground flour into this dough. Pizza is something! Thanks for the recipe, Julia! Now it's in my cookbook). Only the best recipes go there.
