Pinwheels aspic buns with sugar
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make Pinwheels aspic buns with sugar? Prepare the dough and filling. I immediately measured out the required amount and sifted the flour through a sieve. I also immediately beat the eggs into a bowl for convenience.
STEP 2

So, let's start preparing the dough first. Dissolve yeast in one hundred milligrams of warm milk, add 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. flour and let stand until foam appears. Mix the yolks with the remaining milk, pour in the dough and add the sifted flour. Add flour gradually, in small portions, focusing on the desired consistency of the dough. Keep in mind that you may need a little more or less flour.
STEP 3

Knead the dough, it should turn out soft and elastic. Form it into a log, cover with cling film and let stand for about 30 minutes to rise.
STEP 4

While the dough is resting, make the filling. To do this, add sugar and vanilla (or vanilla sugar) to the butter that has melted at room temperature.
STEP 5

Grind everything thoroughly with a spoon.
STEP 6

The filling is ready. For filling we need milk.
STEP 7

Knead the dough and roll it into a wide layer 7 mm thick, brush it with filling.
STEP 8

Roll up and cut into pieces 5 centimeters wide.
STEP 9

Place the pieces into a baking dish at a distance of one centimeter from each other, wait 5-10 minutes, they will rise a little more, then fill them with half of the filling.
STEP 10

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 190 degrees, remove from the oven and pour in the filling again. Bake for another 20 minutes. Keep in mind that everyone’s oven is different. Cooking temperatures and times may differ from those indicated in the recipe.
STEP 11

Prepare quickly! They come out very soft! If you don’t like a lot of sugar, you can reduce it to 50 grams in the dough and filling. Bon appetit!
