Pies with meat filling made from yeast-free kefir dough

STEP 1
To prepare branded yeast-free pies filled with minced meat, prepare the necessary products with spices and pour half a liter of kefir at room temperature into a large bowl.

Add one teaspoon of salt to the bowl with kefir.
STEP 3
Also add one teaspoon of sugar to the bowl.
STEP 4
Pour one hundred and twenty milliliters of vegetable oil into a bowl.
STEP 5
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.

Sift eight hundred grams of flour into a common large bowl, leaving a little for sprinkling, then add one teaspoon of soda and mix all the ingredients with a whisk.

We continue to knead the dough with our hands and collect it into a plastic lump.
STEP 8
Place the dough on a table sprinkled with a small amount of flour.
STEP 9
Knead the dough thoroughly and put it in a plastic bag for thirty minutes.

Chop and chop quite finely three hundred grams of onions.

Pour a little vegetable oil into the frying pan, then put it on the stove, turn it on high heat, add the onion and stir fry it until transparent.

Place six hundred grams of minced meat in a frying pan and fry over high heat on the stove, stirring constantly for thirty minutes until fully cooked.

Ten minutes before the filling is ready, add salt to the pan to taste.

Pour half a teaspoon of coriander into the pan for flavor.

Add a mixture of peppers to taste to the pan with minced meat.

Mix all the ingredients well in the frying pan, reduce the heat on the stove and cover it with a lid and continue cooking the filling for another ten minutes. Transfer the prepared minced meat from the frying pan into a deep bowl and set to cool in a cool place.

Beat the whites of one chicken egg well in a cup.

Pour the whipped egg white into the bowl with the minced meat and mix well.
STEP 19
After half an hour, take the elastic dough out of the bag and place it on a flour-sprinkled table, divide it into pieces of the required size.
STEP 20
Pour one hundred and forty grams of vegetable oil into the frying pan and turn on the stove to the highest heat.
STEP 21
We make cakes from pieces of dough and put the required amount of filling on them.
STEP 22
We glue the edges of the dough well and form pies of the desired shape.
STEP 23
Place the pies, seam side down, in a frying pan with well-heated oil and fry until golden on both sides.
STEP 24
