This is a very interesting recipe for cherry jam pie. I kneaded the dough according to the recipe. I extinguished the baking soda with fruit vinegar. I placed pitted cherries made from jam onto the dough laid out in the mold. During the baking process, the risen dough completely covered the berries. I checked the readiness of the pie with a toothpick. Before serving, I sprinkled it with powdered sugar. Everyone really liked the pie. I'll take note of the recipe!
