Beat the softened butter with a mixer, gradually adding sugar and vanillin. Then add the eggs, also continuing to beat.

Next in the dough are flour and soda, slaked with table vinegar or citric acid (which we first dissolve in water).
STEP 4
The dough turns out quite thick, it does not spread.
STEP 5
Grease the prepared pan with oil and lay out the resulting dough, leveling it with a spoon. I used a mold with a diameter of 24 cm.
STEP 6
The next step is to add the cherries from the jam. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. We check the readiness of the pie with a wooden skewer, toothpick or the tip of a dry knife.
STEP 7
As the cake bakes, it will rise and the berries will spread down the middle of the cake. Leave the finished cake to cool, then remove from the mold. Pie with cherry jam is ready. Enjoy your tea!
