Pele chocolate cake

Tender cakes soaked in syrup. Delicious! I haven't made a cake with kefir yet. The layers in this cake turned out very tender. The cake itself is just pure bliss! If you haven't eaten this yet, be sure to try it.

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

So let's prepare the ingredients. Melt the butter.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

    Mix cocoa and sugar.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Add eggs and mix. Add butter, kefir.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Mix soda with vinegar and stir well. And immediately add it to the test. Add flour. Mix the dough. If the dough is liquid, add 3 tablespoons of flour. The dough should be like pancakes or thick sour cream. Let's prepare the form. Cover it with paper. I had 24cm.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

According to the recipe, put 10 tablespoons in a mold and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. You can divide the dough into 4 parts and bake 4 cakes.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

We take out the finished cake and set it to cool. Same thing with the other test.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

I got 4 cakes. You can leave one for sprinkling the cake. But I left them and baked another half batch of cake.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Making cream. Beat butter at room temperature until white. This is approximately 5 minutes. Then add condensed milk in 3 stages.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Soak the cakes well with syrup. Mix the syrup, I used chocolate syrup with water. You can add a little cognac or liqueur. And spread the cream. The cream can be divided into equal parts. Then our layers will be even.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Cover the entire cake with cream.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

    Top and sides too.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

    Grind the cake into crumbs.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

And sprinkle the whole cake. Be sure to put it in the refrigerator overnight. Enjoy!

Lenochka, from your photographs it is impossible not to recognize the author! As always, delicious! Kefir really makes the cakes unusually soft and airy. Somewhere in the stash I have a couple of recipes for kefir: one cake made from custard cakes in packets (from the distant 90s), the other with berry jam syrup. And it was incredibly tasty!))

A gorgeous cake, although it’s not very difficult to prepare and the ingredients are affordable. It will be possible to bake it for the New Year to please the guests.

Why do you extinguish soda with vinegar if kefir does it well? Please answer, is it necessary to extinguish the soda in this cake?

Please tell me if it is possible to use 4% fermented baked milk instead of kefir. It is also a fermented milk product. No time to go buy kefir
