STEP 1
So let's prepare the ingredients. Melt the butter.

Mix cocoa and sugar.

Add eggs and mix. Add butter, kefir.

Mix soda with vinegar and stir well. And immediately add it to the test. Add flour. Mix the dough. If the dough is liquid, add 3 tablespoons of flour. The dough should be like pancakes or thick sour cream. Let's prepare the form. Cover it with paper. I had 24cm.

According to the recipe, put 10 tablespoons in a mold and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. You can divide the dough into 4 parts and bake 4 cakes.

We take out the finished cake and set it to cool. Same thing with the other test.
STEP 7
I got 4 cakes. You can leave one for sprinkling the cake. But I left them and baked another half batch of cake.
STEP 8
Making cream. Beat butter at room temperature until white. This is approximately 5 minutes. Then add condensed milk in 3 stages.
STEP 9
Soak the cakes well with syrup. Mix the syrup, I used chocolate syrup with water. You can add a little cognac or liqueur. And spread the cream. The cream can be divided into equal parts. Then our layers will be even.
STEP 10
Cover the entire cake with cream.
STEP 11
Top and sides too.
STEP 12
Grind the cake into crumbs.
STEP 13
And sprinkle the whole cake. Be sure to put it in the refrigerator overnight. Enjoy!
