Peanut butter with chocolate and honey
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Let's start with the frying pan - let it heat over low heat, and we will continue. If you bought peanuts in boxes, empty them, that is, eat them like seeds.
STEP 2
Then, so that the paste does not have any foreign odors, sort out the peanuts. Yes, and it is advisable to rid it of garbage.
STEP 3
Is the pan already well heated? By good, I mean that there is a slight smoke coming from the pan. So, let's put nuts here. Fry over high heat, constantly turning with a spatula. Don't let the peanuts burn!
STEP 4
It is clear that the husk remains on the cooled nuts. We need to get rid of it, otherwise the paste will turn brown. Let's rub them between our palms and blow off all the excess.
STEP 5
And immediately put it in a blender, grind it to medium-sized crumbs.
STEP 6
To what extent should you grind? It depends on what consistency you want the paste to be. At this stage I added salt and sugar. Let's turn it on and grind some more nuts.
STEP 7
Next I added honey. And I scrolled again until everything was mixed.
STEP 8
And – the last ingredient, vegetable oil. Add drop by drop and do not turn off the blender. And so on until you realize that you have the right consistency.
STEP 9
And it can be tender, like in the picture above, or like this one - in a jar, however, it doesn’t last long, since it’s impossible not to eat it right away! Don't forget to decorate with something before serving, I grated chocolate.
