  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

I would like to share with you one of my favorite recipes and tell you how to make pastry sausage from cookies. There are many options for preparing it, here is one of them. So, let's begin. Place the cookies in a large bowl.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

We crush it using a wooden rolling pin. You can do this by putting cookies in a bag. There is no need to turn the cookies into flour - there should be pieces of different sizes.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Sift cocoa through a strainer into a deep iron bowl, add sugar.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add milk here and mix everything. We put this mixture on medium heat, wait for it to boil, reduce the heat to low and cook with constant stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

This is the kind of chocolate sauce we get.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Roast the peanuts in a dry frying pan, stirring until cooked. Soak the raisins in hot water, rinse and dry.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Mix nuts and raisins with cookies and season everything with chocolate sauce. Mix well.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Pour in the condensed milk and stir.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Add melted butter, cut into pieces. Mix well again.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

This is the kind of sandy chocolate mixture we should get.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Divide the entire mass into 3 parts. From each part we form a dense sausage of medium diameter and wrap it in cling film (foil). Place the pieces in the freezer for 2 hours, then transfer them to the refrigerator and wait another 2 hours.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

We take the sausage out of the refrigerator, remove the cling film and cut into small circles. We arrange everything beautifully on a platter and serve.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

    Enjoy your tea!

I saw this recipe and remembered my Soviet youth, when in the era of total shortages they prepared homemade sweets from cookies. And, as they say, I decided to remember my youth. Everything turned out well, but it was too sweet for my taste. If I make it again, I won't add sugar. And I should have put in more nuts, I didn’t calculate a bit. I had walnuts. I crushed the cookies with a rolling pin and put them in a bag. But the hardest part of cooking is cooking the chocolate sauce. It’s incredibly difficult to resist dipping your finger into this deliciousness and then licking it. That chocolate smell is worth it! Kept in the freezer for 2 hours. Then I put it in the refrigerator. The sausages turned out very tasty. Enjoy making homemade sweets with your own hands.

Oh, I found so many old, already forgotten recipes from your childhood. We should try it in your opinion - with nuts it will probably be tastier than regular sausage https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a5yIJKEBE7k

Prepared. It turned out very tasty! And quickly))) However, instead of walnuts I added peanuts (I couldn’t find walnuts on sale) and also added condensed milk.

I love sweets, and sausage is the most adored delicacy for me. I cook it quite often and was blessed with the appearance of a new sausage recipe. I immediately decided to cook it. The sausage only had time to sit in the freezer for an hour and quickly got to the table. In general, I was pleased with the result - it turned out very tasty. Moreover, everything was quite simple and fast, without any extra effort.
