Pasta with turmeric and minced meat in a frying pan

STEP 1

To prepare a delicious dish of pasta and meat for 4 servings, we will need the following products according to the specified list: 300 g of pasta, 250 g of minced meat, preferably assorted, 2 small onions, 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil for frying, 2 tbsp. l.tomato paste and salt to taste. It will only take us half an hour to prepare naval pasta.
STEP 2

Cut the onion into quarter rings.
STEP 3

Place the chopped onion in a deep frying pan, after heating the vegetable oil in it. Fry the onion, stirring, over medium heat for about five minutes.
STEP 4

At the same time as frying the onions, put a pan of water on the stove for the pasta.
STEP 5

While the pasta cooking water is heating up, prepare the meat frying. After five minutes, add the minced meat to the onion.
STEP 6

While frying, first mash the onion and minced meat well with a fork until it becomes crumbly, and then fry, stirring, over medium heat for 8 minutes.
STEP 7

While the minced meat is frying, pour the pasta into boiling water in a saucepan, add a teaspoon of salt and cook for 5 minutes over low heat, no more.
STEP 8

Meanwhile, add tomato paste and salt to the minced meat.
STEP 9

Mix the minced meat with tomato paste and cook for another 5 minutes.
STEP 10

Place the pasta in a colander and rinse with cold water.
STEP 11

Then put the pasta in a frying pan with the minced meat, add turmeric.
STEP 12

Mix everything.
STEP 13

Cover the pan with pasta with a lid and cook for another 7 minutes over low heat.
STEP 14

After 7 minutes, turn off the heat under the frying pan and remove the lid. Pasta with turmeric and minced meat in a frying pan is ready.
