For breakfast, my daughter and I prepared pasta with cottage cheese. I saw this recipe a long time ago; it interested me in its ease of preparation. I decided that I would definitely do it someday. I cooked pasta for a side dish. I poured the freshly drained horns into a separate saucepan, put a piece of butter and stirred. The butter quickly melted, coating all the noodles. Then added cottage cheese and stirred again. I didn’t have enough sweetness for my taste, so we made this dish sweet) I added fragrant flower honey to my plate, and sugar for my daughter. The pasta with cottage cheese tasted like dumplings! And I love them very much. Therefore, I will cook this simple dish again. It's very tasty, creamy and juicy! While my daughter and I were having breakfast, I thought that instead of sugar and honey, I could add cherry jam or fresh cherries in season.
