    STEP 1

How to make Paramonika salad for the winter? Prepare the products according to the list. Wash the vegetables well and dry. Sterilize the jars in one of the following ways: in a water bath, in the microwave, or in the oven. I use the oven. Rinse the glass jars with soda solution and place them in the oven, wet, with the neck down. Wash the lids and boil. If they are tin, you can place them on a rack in the oven. Sterilize 1 liter jars in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Peel the onions and cut them into halves of rings.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

It is better to take zucchini young, then you do not need to remove the core with seeds and remove the peel. If the vegetables are more mature, peel them and remove the seeds. Cut the zucchini into small slices or cubes, as you like.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

At the end of cooking the salad, pour 9% table vinegar into the pan. When the mixture boils, turn off the heat. Stir the vegetables again. Place the hot salad in sterilized jars, filling them tightly, up to the shoulders.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Cover the jars with lids. There is no need to sterilize the product in jars. Turn the jars upside down, wrap them in a warm blanket and let cool at room temperature. Store in the pantry. Bon appetit!

Finally, I decided that it was time to master winter vegetable preparations. First, I carefully read the article on Khrumka about preparing for the winter. I learned a lot of interesting and new information. I chose a salad recipe with the interesting name Paramonikha; this salad contains many different vegetables, which caught my attention. I also wondered where the salad got its name from. I found only one option on the Internet - Paramonika, that was the name of the hostess who treated her guests to this salad. There are many variations of this recipe on the Internet, both in terms of preparation method and ingredients. But I have long been accustomed to trust Khrumka, and I chose this recipe on our website. And I have successfully cooked according to the recipes of the author Snezhana more than once. I increased the amount of ingredients by one and a half times, that is, I took 750 grams of vegetables. I did not change the amount of salt, sugar, vinegar. I learned very well from the article that these ingredients in this case are responsible for ensuring that the product is well stored, and they cannot be reduced. Although, of course, the amount of sugar confused me a little, as did other cooks who left reviews here. I did everything according to the recipe. The salad turned out to be very tasty, such a variety of vegetables in it! Sugar didn’t hurt here at all))) I got 4 jars with a total volume of 3.5 liters. Thank you very much to the author for the recipe! This is my first recipe for prepping for the winter, but not the last, I also made several salads after it, I will gradually post them. Here's my photo report
