STEP 1

1) Grate the young zucchini (I grate it on a coarse one, but you can also grate it finely), grate the potatoes and cheese, add the egg, seasonings, salt, flour. Stir well.
STEP 2

2) Fry in a heated frying pan on both sides over medium heat. Place on a paper towel. Serve with sour cream or any other sauce. Bon appetit!
