STEP 1
How to make a chicken and zucchini skillet? Very simple and fast! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can use any type of zucchini. I have young zucchini. You can use any vegetable oil suitable for frying. I have sunflower. You can replace or supplement the vegetable part and spices to your taste.
STEP 2
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut into medium cubes. You can replace the fillet with meat from the thighs.
STEP 3
Wash the zucchini and dry. Slice the zucchini into thin quarters. The cutting should be such that on one side the zucchini does not boil over during stewing and is convenient to eat. What kind of zucchini works best? Choose young fruits with delicate skin. Wash them and peel them. It is not necessary to cut off very thin skin. If using more mature squash, trim off the rough skin and scoop out the seeded center.
STEP 4
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place chicken fillet, sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Fry, stirring occasionally, until lightly golden brown, about 10 minutes.
STEP 5
Add zucchini to the pan with the chicken. Fry, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. During this time, the zucchini should not lose its shape or become boiled.
STEP 6
Sprinkle the meat and zucchini with sunflower seeds. You can add previously roasted or raw seeds. I added roasted sunflower seeds. Fry everything together for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 7
Sprinkle the finished chicken with zucchini with fresh parsley and serve. Bon appetit!
