  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make pancakes with milk and water? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Milk can be used at any fat content. I usually use C1 eggs. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to saturate it with oxygen.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

To prepare pancake dough, it is convenient to use a deep bowl so that splashes do not fly when mixing the ingredients. Break the eggs into a bowl and add sugar and salt. You can change the amount of sugar slightly to suit your taste. Shake them with a whisk.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Pour half the milk and half the water into the bowl. Add vegetable oil. Mix.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add all the sifted flour and stir the dough until smooth so that there are no lumps of flour in it. To do this, you can use a mixer.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Then stir the remaining water and milk into the dough. You may need a little more or less liquid. Adjust the amount of liquid according to the consistency of the dough. The thicker the dough, the thicker the pancakes. We need batter to get soft, thin pancakes.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Before the first pancake, grease the pan with vegetable oil. Pour the batter in a thin layer and bake pancakes.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

The finished pancakes are thin, tender with a pleasant golden hue. Stack them on top of each other and cover with a lid so that they do not dry out. Complete the finished pancakes with berries, sour cream or condensed milk. Bon appetit!

Pancakes are one of my kids' favorite breakfasts. This time I cooked pancakes with milk and water. I made the dough for eight servings at once. I used category C1 eggs and 3.5 percent fat milk. Starting from step 5, I added water and milk alternately, kneading the dough well each time. I added all the milk, but left about 100 ml of water. It seemed to me that the dough was already quite liquid. I fried the pancakes in a frying pan with a diameter of 26 cm. The pancakes turned out excellent: golden brown, moderately sweet, tender and thin. They turned over perfectly, did not tear or stick to the pan. Julia, thank you very much for the recipe!

There are a lot of pancake recipes, everyone has their own and it’s always delicious, with or without any filling. This time I used Yulia M's recipe and prepared pancakes with milk and water. When kneading the dough, I observed the proportions and alternated milk and water. Using a ladle, I poured the finished dough into a frying pan greased with vegetable oil and baked pancakes on both sides. Grease the finished pancakes with butter and fold them into triangles. Incredibly tender, appetizing and very tasty pancakes made with milk and water! Thanks to Yulia M for the recipe.

Thank you for the recipe for Pancakes with milk and water, it helps me out when I don’t know how to quickly feed the children! Only the fillings change (sweet, meat, mushroom, cheese...) the list could take a long time. Pancakes are great for breakfast.
