Pancakes with carrots and dried apricots

Delicious pancakes with bright colors will definitely please the whole family! Not all children like carrot pancakes, although they are healthy for everyone without exception. But if you prepare this dish the way this culinary recipe of Russian cuisine suggests, any child will agree to try it - that’s the minimum. First of all, because dried apricots are used here along with carrots (they need to be selected fresh, “meaty”).

Very interesting recipe! The main thing is that these pancakes are very healthy and tasty, I didn’t even expect such a delicate, unusual taste. Here, of course, dried apricots perfectly complemented the dish, and sour cream came in very handy. Cook for about 40-50 minutes. Delicious!)

And we also cook carrot pancakes and eat them with pleasure, but for some reason we call them cutlets
