The main thing is to pretend that it was intended that way))) I had 400g of pasta, so I calculated the amount of products needed on a calculator, it’s very convenient and fast! Added more milk to the filling so that it covered the top of the pasta. Sprinkled grated marble cheese on top. First, I baked it under a lid so that the mass would set, and then without a lid so that the cheese would bake into a crust. Overall, everything came together pretty quickly. The pasta, held together with egg wash, was well compacted and when cutting, the pieces turned out even and did not fall apart. The casserole is delicious, tender and has an appetizing cheese crust. We ate it with a tomato and onion salad. Tasty!
