Orange jam in the microwave

Peel and remove white films from oranges. Divide into slices, getting rid of partitions.
STEP 3
Place the slices into the bowl of a blender.
STEP 4
Grind.
STEP 5
Pour the orange puree into a large microwave-safe bowl. Add sugar and lime juice (the amount of sugar depends on the taste of the orange; the sweeter the oranges, the less sugar you need). Mix thoroughly. Place in the microwave at 800 W for 7 minutes. (during heating, the orange mass will foam very much, so the container should have high sides)
STEP 6
After 7 minutes, take out the bowl and stir. Place the jam in the microwave again for 5 minutes at the same power.
STEP 7
If after 5 minutes the jam seems too liquid to you, you can put it back in the microwave for another couple of minutes, but do not forget that the jam will thicken a little as it cools. Let the jam cool, stirring from time to time, transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
