I won’t say that this is “yum-yama”, this is a soup for weight loss. it is quite edible, but following this diet you will mainly have to eat only it, and after 3 days you no longer want to eat it. This is not delicious food, this is weight loss

Fiesta, you shouldn’t be so concerned with the recipe... personally, I like light soups, especially with black bread, for me they are very tasty!

It's not that it's light, it's its composition, there are 6! bulbs and if it is cooked correctly, then it is cooked in clean water and not in broth. then there will be a weight loss effect. but according to this diet, this soup is the main food for the week. there, on different days, only vegetables or only fruits are added. Bread is excluded from this diet. You can, of course, simply cook it for pleasure and add broth and bread. but then you shouldn’t consider it a soup for weight loss. I tried eating it for a week, that’s why I say that I know from personal experience how to survive a week on just this soup.
