Peeled the onion and cut it into rings. In one bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and lightly beat eggs in another. I first rolled the onion rings in flour, then in eggs and again in flour. Delicious snack! Can be used as a decoration for dishes. But you need to use deep-fried onion rings in batter immediately after cooking. Otherwise, later they will become moist and unpleasant to the taste. And you can sprinkle the onion rings with cheese (but only while they are hot, so that the cheese melts a little).
