STEP 1

After turning off the stove, cover with a clean towel for 25 minutes. If there is any liquid left, drain it, do not rinse.
STEP 2

Sticky and warm rice is placed in the palm, a piece of filling is placed in the middle and the rice is carefully squeezed with both hands, as if wrapped around the filling.
STEP 3

The traditional shape of onigiri is round or triangular.
STEP 4

For convenience, the rice ball is wrapped in a sheet of nori or simply wrapped in a strip; you can use a leaf of lettuce. That's all. The dish is ready. Do not judge strictly.
