Evelyn Rodriguez

Since early childhood, the kitchen has been the heart of our home. I remember sitting on the table, watching my grandmother as she kneaded the dough, and the aromas of freshly baked bread filled the room with warmth and calm. The family always gathered around the table, and it was there that the most important moments of our lives were born. My passion for cooking only grew as I traveled the world: every dish, every treat inspired me. Now I share my experience to show that everyone can cook deliciously and simply, and that cooking is not only a science, but also an art that can unite people.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Miele Culinary Institute.
