Great breakfast for an aristocrat! Larisynshik, tell me, is this cheese-white crust on top very dry or is it still soft?

I couldn't resist and cooked this omelette in the oven. Larisynshik, this is just something. To be honest, I didn’t even expect that the crust, or rather the top, would turn out SO tender and airy. In the photo it looks like melted cheese, which I don’t like at all when frozen, but here... it’s amazing!!! Here is my "miracle":
