Let's prepare the simplest products. We immediately turn on the oven to 180 degrees, we need to put the omelette in the already hot oven.

Beat 6 eggs into a bowl.
STEP 3

Now milk. In general, the calculation is as follows: 1 egg requires 50 ml of milk. That is, for 6 eggs - 300 ml of milk. Salt and pepper to taste.
STEP 4

Now just mix everything. Don't beat! and we combine the products together))
STEP 5

Grease the form in which we will bake well with oil. Mine was a bit wide, take a narrow cake pan, the omelette will be very tall))
STEP 6

Pour our mixture into the mold and place in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Do not open the oven! Otherwise, the omelette will fall off ahead of time. Be guided by your ovens - when it is golden brown, it's ready!
STEP 7

The finished omelette will fall slightly - this is normal.
STEP 8

After cooling the omelet a little, cut into portions and serve. You can pour melted butter on top)
