STEP 1
How to fry an omelette with chicken and cheese in a frying pan? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Chicken meat must be boiled in salted water in advance. Olive oil can be replaced with regular sunflower oil. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. This time I used Parmesan, but you can use any hard cheese.
STEP 2
Peel the onion. and cut into thin quarter rings. To prevent the onion from stinging your eyes when slicing, rinse it and the knife with cold water.
STEP 3

Fry the onion over high heat until soft and golden for 3-5 minutes. Be careful not to burn the onion; reduce heat if necessary.
STEP 4
Meanwhile, mix the eggs with milk, add salt to taste and beat a little. You need to beat just a little bit, so that all the components are mixed, but the egg retains its structure
STEP 5
Add pieces of boiled chicken to the fried onions and fry everything together for literally 1 minute.
STEP 6
Sprinkle some of the pepper mixture or your favorite chicken spices over the contents of the pan. You can also add regular ground black pepper.
STEP 7
Pour the egg mixture over the chicken and onions and reduce heat to medium.
STEP 8
When the egg is set around the edges, push it towards the center with a spatula and let the liquid part that has not yet fried drip onto the hot frying pan. Thanks to this, the omelet will fry evenly and not burn.
STEP 9
Fry the omelette over low heat until done. This usually takes on average about 5 minutes.
STEP 10
Sprinkle the grated cheese into the center of the omelette.
STEP 11
Fold the omelette in half.
STEP 12
Carefully transfer the omelette to a plate by tilting the pan. The omelette should slide off easily. Bon appetit!
