I have made oatmeal cookies several times using different recipes. And it turned out delicious. According to the same recipe for oatmeal cookies according to GOST with butter, they turn out as close as possible to store-bought ones. I took the ingredients for six servings. I didn't have oatmeal, so I just ground oatmeal in a blender. I cut out the cookies using a shot glass with a diameter of 5 cm. I baked the cookies for 10 minutes, then left them on the baking sheet until the oven cooled. The ingredients for six servings yielded 21 pieces. The cookies turned out delicious, as I already wrote, they taste like store-bought ones
