Oatmeal cookies according to GOST with butter
Homemade cookies are quick to prepare, tasty and healthy. The recipe is simple and quick to prepare. Reduced amount of sugar. All ingredients are simple and easily available. Even a child can do it if they handle the blender, mixer and oven carefully.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare the ingredients.
STEP 2

Grind raisins in a blender.
STEP 3

Mix butter, sugar, raisins, vanilla sugar and cinnamon.
STEP 4

Add oatmeal and water in which salt is dissolved. Knead. Add wheat flour with baking powder
STEP 5

Stir until smooth.
STEP 6

Gather the dough into a ball.
STEP 7

Transfer to the surface prepared for rolling.
STEP 8

Roll out the dough into a layer 5 mm thick.
STEP 9

Using a 45mm round cutter, cut out circles.
STEP 10

Place the preparations on a baking sheet pre-lined with baking paper.
STEP 11

Bake at 200°C for 12-13 minutes.
STEP 12

Remove the cookies from the oven and let cool. Can be served or placed in an airtight container. Bon appetit!!

I have made oatmeal cookies several times using different recipes. And it turned out delicious. According to the same recipe for oatmeal cookies according to GOST with butter, they turn out as close as possible to store-bought ones. I took the ingredients for six servings. I didn't have oatmeal, so I just ground oatmeal in a blender. I cut out the cookies using a shot glass with a diameter of 5 cm. I baked the cookies for 10 minutes, then left them on the baking sheet until the oven cooled. The ingredients for six servings yielded 21 pieces. The cookies turned out delicious, as I already wrote, they taste like store-bought ones
