Noodles in green spinach sauce
Throw yourself a little spinach feast! This dish is worth it! Very tender, fresh, with a subtle garlic aroma. I'm sure you won't be disappointed))
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 15 mins
STEP 1
I usually take this spinach, frozen. I cook soups with it, make pancakes, omelettes, or this seasoning for pasta or noodles.
STEP 2
Place two spinach briquettes in a blender (I don’t defrost them), a little parsley, olive (vegetable) oil, garlic, salt....
STEP 3
.....and turn it into a pasta sauce. (**You can add Parmesan if desired) and leave the pasta alone for now)
STEP 4
Take a briquette of egg noodles and boil according to the instructions. You can take any pasta, spaghetti, penne, farfalle, etc. Or, for example, rice noodles.
STEP 5
Place the boiled noodles in a colander, add the sauce and stir.
STEP 6
Serve with chicken fillet fried in a frying pan, you can serve with shrimp if desired.
