New Olivier salad with pineapple and bell pepper

STEP 1
I boil the chicken breast. You don’t have to add anything and boil it in plain water. I add all kinds of roots and aromatic seasonings to the broth: parsley, celery, onions, carrots, bay leaves. Add according to your taste to make the chicken more flavorful. I boil the breast the night before and leave it in the broth overnight: the meat turns out juicy.
STEP 2
I advise you to take bell peppers of different colors, red, yellow and orange - for beauty, because the food we eat should not only be tasty, but also beautiful.
STEP 3
I most often use canned pineapples, although there is no fundamental difference in the taste of the finished salad with fresh pineapple.
STEP 4
I cut all the ingredients into cubes, and green and black olives into circles. Green olives - I buy canned ones with bitter red chili peppers. I don’t add salt to the salad, just season it with mayonnaise, and it’s ready. The salad turns out very juicy. Pineapple adds a sweetish taste, while olives add a piquant flavor. Beautiful. It pleases both the eye and the stomach.
