Mushroom soup with champignon puree and cream
A light soup for lovers of refined and mild taste! I just love mushrooms and any food that is made from them. Especially wonderful are the mushroom soups, which fill the entire apartment with their aroma. I have many different recipes for soups, I want to share with you a recipe for creamy mushroom soup. We will need raw champignons or any other mushrooms, it is better if they are softer and more tender (milk mushrooms, for example, will not work...), since we will need to grind them in a blender.
