Muffins with Adyghe cheese on yogurt

Step-by-step preparation

Ingredients.

Cut the olives into rings.
STEP 3

Grate Adyghe cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 4

Beat the egg until smooth.
STEP 5

Add vegetable oil and mix.
STEP 6

Add yogurt and stir until smooth.
STEP 7

Add cheese to the resulting mass and mix.
STEP 8

Add flour sifted with salt and baking powder and mix quickly.
STEP 9

Add 1 tbsp. sesame seeds, olives, basil, mix.
STEP 10

Place the dough into portioned molds and sprinkle the remaining sesame seeds on top.
STEP 11

We bake muffins at 180 degrees. 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Check readiness with a wooden skewer.
STEP 12

Cool slightly and serve. These muffins are especially delicious warm.

Good recipe! The second time I did it, instead of yogurt I used soft cheese and a little sour cream (equivalent). Fresh basil will be an even better option.
