Cooking minced meat cutlets in a slow cooker is convenient if you need no more than six pieces for lunch or dinner. Today, for example, this amount was enough for me, so I used this recipe. I decided to add onion to the minced meat; to do this, I grated it. Everything else was prepared according to the recipe. I rolled the formed cutlets in breadcrumbs and put them in a slow cooker (I have an old slow cooker, the non-stick coating is not ideal, in some places the cutlets “stuck” a little, next time I’ll put a silicone circle on the bottom), I cooked the cutlets in the “baking” mode at a temperature of 180 degrees. 20 minutes on each side. It turned out juicy, tasty, no worse than in the oven, but in my opinion it’s even easier. It takes a little longer, but during this time you can prepare a light soup or side dish. I served the cutlets with fresh vegetables. Thanks to the author for the recipe!

As I understand it, pieces of bread pre-soaked in milk add juiciness, or you can simply add warm potatoes, grated or minced. In addition, 50 minutes of cooking is not suitable for everyone, it all depends on the power of the multicooker. This process should be controlled.
