    Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and chop in any convenient way. You can chop it very finely with a knife, grate it, or put it through a meat grinder. I don’t like onions to be visible in cutlets, so I always pass it through a meat grinder for cutlets. This doesn’t really affect the taste of the finished cutlets, but this way, in my opinion, it turns out juicier.

I decided to fry the cutlets without bread from minced meat. I made minced meat from pork and beef. I did everything according to the author's recipe. The cutlets turned out great, tasty and juicy.
