STEP 1
How to simmer milk with onions and carrots in a frying pan? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. To prepare this dish you will need salmon milt. It is better, of course, to use fresh milk, but if it has been frozen, it must be defrosted naturally, that is, on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. Rinse the milk under running cold water, dry with paper towels to remove excess liquid, and cut into small pieces.
STEP 2
Roll the milk in wheat flour to make a breading and place it in a heated frying pan. To prevent them from burning, fry them over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Transfer the fried milk to a clean plate and set aside; we will need it in the next steps.
STEP 3
Peel the onions. Wash the carrots with a brush under running water, peel off the skin. Wash the bell pepper under running water, dry and remove the stem and seeds. Cut the prepared vegetables into small cubes. Transfer the chopped vegetables to the same pan in which the milk was fried and fry the vegetables for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally over medium heat.
STEP 4
Add tomato paste to the sauteed vegetables, pour in soy sauce and water, season with sugar and salt. Mix the contents of the pan thoroughly and simmer the sauce with vegetables for another 15 minutes over medium heat.
STEP 5
After the time has passed, add garlic, crushed chili pepper, and ground black pepper to the vegetable sauce. Stir. Next, add the milk fried in a frying pan to the vegetable sauce, stir and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
STEP 6
After the specified time, the salmon milk stewed with onions is ready. Before serving, sprinkle the finished dish with chopped parsley. Like other seafood, milk can be served with a slice of lemon, fresh herbs and vegetables. Bon appetit!
