STEP 1

We hard-boil five chicken eggs, soak two slices of bread in milk and prepare the necessary spices with products for preparing low-calorie minced chicken zrazas with a delicate filling.
STEP 2

Break one chicken egg into a bowl with one kilogram of minced chicken.
STEP 3

Add two crushed cloves of garlic, two slices of bread, salt, seasoning and black pepper to taste to the bowl.
STEP 4

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl, then the minced meat must be saturated with oxygen and beaten thoroughly.
STEP 5

For the filling, finely chop the greens with a small head of onion.
STEP 6

Cut five boiled chicken eggs into cubes.
STEP 7

Place chopped greens, onions, eggs on a plate, add thirty grams of grated hard cheese, twenty-five grams of butter, mix everything well until smooth and add a little salt and black pepper to taste.

With a damp hand, separate small parts of the minced meat, make flat cakes out of them, put the prepared filling in the center and roll it up into a bag to form zrazy.
STEP 9

Roll the zrazy in breadcrumbs and fry in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil, reducing the heat to low.
STEP 10

Fry the zrazy over low heat for three to four minutes on each side until golden brown, then cover the pan with a lid and cook for another twenty-five minutes.
STEP 11

Place the prepared delicious and juicy zrazy on a plate and serve with a side dish, or as an independent snack.
