  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

We will prepare in advance all the products necessary for preservation.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

After rinsing the orange under water, we remove the peel and white film. The orange should be juicy and slightly sour. Cut the fruit into small cubes. Instead of orange, you can use grapefruit, but then it must be cleared of the internal partitions; they are very bitter, i.e. leave only the pulp.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

It should be quite hard, without any dents or damage, with a dry “tail” and exude a vanilla-pear aroma. We wash the melon well under running water, cut it in half and remove the seeds. Next, cut into slices and remove the peel. Cut into small cubes.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Pour the melon pieces into the bottom of the multicooker.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Carefully place the chopped orange on top.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

We complete our process by placing sugar, vanilla sugar and sesame seeds into the multicooker bowl.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Turn on our multicooker in the “stew” mode for 1 hour. Stir the mixture being prepared periodically.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

An hour later, at the signal from the multicooker, the melon and orange jam in the multicooker is ready. Carefully transfer it into steamed, sterilized jars, screw on the lids, turn it over and wrap it in a blanket until it cools completely. Store in a cool place - refrigerator or basement

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Cover with a sterile lid and roll up. Let it cool and put it in a cool place until the festive occasion.
