STEP 1
How to make meat with pickles in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can use any kind of meat for cooking. I will cook with pork. Choose boneless meat. Can be done with a little fat. When frying, this will add juiciness to the meat.
STEP 2
Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Then chop the onion. There is no need to cut very finely.
STEP 3
Grate the pickled cucumbers on a coarse grater.
STEP 4
Cut the meat into strips. Heat a frying pan until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Lay out the chopped meat. Fry it for a few minutes. First, juice will appear from the meat, which will gradually begin to evaporate. Then the meat will begin to brown. Sprinkle the meat with salt and spices. But keep in mind that you will also add pickles. Don't oversalt!
STEP 5
Once the meat is browned, add the chopped onion to the pan. Stir and fry everything together for another 3-5 minutes over low heat. During this time, the onion will become softer.
STEP 6
Place grated pickles in the pan. Mix everything.
STEP 7
Add sour cream. If it is thick, you can dilute it a little with water. Mix meat with sour cream. Simmer the meat for another 5-7 minutes and remove the pan from the heat.
STEP 8
Stewed meat with pickles is ready! In addition, you can prepare any side dish or fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
