To prepare the meat gravy with tomato sauce and pork flour, I used raw bacon, first cutting it into three approximately equal parts. I had a whole package - 260 grams. I calculated the ingredients using the calculator on the website for 350 grams of meat. This dish is prepared very simply and quickly. And with bacon it’s even faster, since the pieces are thin. In total, the gravy took about half an hour to prepare. The meat gravy turned out tasty and satisfying. Just right for dinner. The sauce is very delicate and pleasant to the taste. I served the gravy with rice. Thanks again for the great recipe!

I made meat gravy for lunch. I took 250 grams of pork. I cut the meat into cubes and fried it until golden brown. Then I added the onions and fried everything together until the onions were soft for about 5 minutes. After that, I poured flour and salt into the frying pan, stirred, and heated the contents of the frying pan for another 3 minutes. Then I added tomato paste, bay leaf and three ladles of hot broth, stirred with a spatula, covered the frying pan with a lid and continued cooking the meat gravy with tomato sauce and pork flour for another 30 minutes. I served the gravy with spaghetti. How tasty and aromatic it turned out! The gravy came out rich, with a pleasant tomato flavor and the aroma of bay leaves, I love this one! The meat was stewed well - until soft. Both my husband and I really liked it! Thank you very much for the recipe!
