STEP 1

How to very quickly and easily prepare pickled tomatoes without sterilization for the winter in liter jars, which will definitely appeal to many and will pleasantly surprise you with their excellent taste? First of all, prepare the necessary ingredients with spices for preparing pickled and moderately sweet tomatoes.
STEP 2

To prepare preparations for the winter, rinse the required amount of ripe tomatoes and make punctures in them in the place of the stalks with a toothpick, then take four liter pre-sterilized jars and place the tomatoes in them quite tightly.
STEP 3

Take a suitable pan and place it on the stove, then pour the required amount of water into it and bring it to a boil at high heat on the stove.
STEP 4

Fill jars of tomatoes to the very top with boiling water and cover them with new sterile lids for fifteen minutes.
STEP 5

After fifteen minutes, pour the slightly cooled water from the cans of tomatoes into the pan.
STEP 6

Pour eight tablespoons of sugar and two tablespoons of salt into a saucepan with two liters of water.
STEP 7

Place the pan on the stove and cover it with a lid, then bring the marinade to a boil at high heat on the stove.
STEP 8

Add eight tablespoons of 9% table vinegar to the pan with the boiled marinade and mix all the ingredients together.
STEP 9

Pour the prepared marinade hot into jars with tomatoes and fill them to the very top.
STEP 10

Close the marinade-filled tomato jars very tightly with new sterile lids.
STEP 11

Turn over lidded cans of tomatoes and check for leaks, then cover them on top with a warm blanket or blanket until they cool completely.
