Wow!)) I immediately thought about such different, but indivisible Yin - dark, chocolate dough, and Yang - light, curd dough))) How beautiful he is! Our family of sweet tooths loves pies, and we haven’t tried anything like this, so we immediately rushed to the kitchen to cook))) It’s easy to make, I followed your recipe completely))) And the taste is simply amazing! The pie didn't work out. The curd mass turned out to be very liquid (either cottage cheese, or condensed milk, a bit liquid), the chocolate dough pressed it down. “Marbling” didn’t work out. But it tastes “magical”, as my grandson says. Well, very tasty!!! I baked it in a springform pan, diameter 26 cm. It rose very well and was perfectly baked. The cake is tender, airy, and simply melts in your mouth. I was afraid that it would be too sweet and added 1 glass of sugar. For our taste - quite enough. We don't like very sweet baked goods. Although it didn’t turn out the same as in the photo, I was pleased with the result. THANK YOU MARIAS for the recipe! Next time I’ll take into account all my mistakes and try to achieve the desired “marbling”.

Thanks for the delicious pie recipe. I think this amount of ingredients is indicated for dry cottage cheese. I had wet cottage cheese, so I added 6 tablespoons of flour to the curd dough, not 2, as indicated in the recipe. I added 100 grams of sugar for the chocolate dough; any more would be too sweet.
