Manti with minced beef and lamb

STEP 1
To prepare elastic dough and juicy manti, we prepare the necessary products with spices.
STEP 2
We begin preparing the dough and pour five hundred grams of boiling water into a large bowl.
STEP 3
Pour a heaping teaspoon of salt into a bowl.
STEP 4
Pour fifty milliliters of vegetable oil into a bowl.
STEP 5
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl with a whisk.
STEP 6
Pour eight hundred grams of pre-sifted flour into a bowl in parts.
STEP 7
While stirring the mixture with a whisk, brew the dough.
STEP 8
Continue kneading the dough in the bowl with your hands.
STEP 9
Place the dough from the bowl onto the table.
STEP 10
Knead the dough thoroughly with your hands for ten to fifteen minutes and form into a ball.
STEP 11
Place the dough in a plastic bag for at least thirty minutes.
STEP 12
Grate three hundred and fifty grams of onions on a coarse grater.
STEP 13
Place five hundred grams of minced beef and lamb in a bowl with the grated onion.
STEP 14
Add coriander to the bowl with onions and minced meat to taste.
STEP 15
Add cumin to the bowl to taste.
STEP 16
Add pepper mixture and salt to the bowl to taste.
STEP 17
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
STEP 18
Place part of the dough from the bag onto a table sprinkled with a small amount of flour and knead it well.
STEP 19
Roll out each piece of dough to a very thin flat cake.
STEP 20
We cut each prepared flatbread into arbitrary rectangles and divide them into the required squares.
STEP 21
Place the required amount of minced meat on each square of dough and gather the corners into an envelope and glue the edges.
STEP 22
Place the molded manti on the grill grease with butter.
STEP 23
We fill the lower part of the pressure cooker with water and bring it to a boil on the stove, after which we make cells with raw manti and, closing the lid, steam for thirty-five minutes.
STEP 24
We take the cooked manti out of the pressure cooker.
STEP 25
Place manti portions on plates.
