Macaroni with vegetables and cheese in the oven

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make delicious pasta with vegetables in the oven? Prepare all the products that are listed. You can use regular tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes. If you have large tomatoes, cut them into 2 or 4 parts before cooking. To brighten the finished dish, I used red onion.
STEP 2
Peel the onion, divide the garlic into cloves (no need to peel). Rinse the cherry tomatoes, onions and garlic cloves under cold running water. Dry everything well with paper towels. Cut the onion into half rings or feathers. Place the tomatoes, onions and garlic in a baking dish and distribute evenly along the bottom of the dish.
STEP 3
Wash the bell pepper, cut in half, remove the seeds and core. Chop the peppers in the same way as the onions. Place in the form with the vegetables.
STEP 4
Drain the brine from the cheese. Place a piece of cheese in the middle of an ovenproof dish with the vegetables.
STEP 5
Sprinkle your favorite spices and ground pepper on top. I used a mixture of Provençal herbs, dried oregano, allspice and ground red sweet. Drizzle olive or vegetable oil on top.
STEP 6
Place the pan in a preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180-220 degrees, top-bottom mode. Temperature and time may vary slightly depending on your oven. Make sure that the cheese is covered with an appetizing crust and that the vegetables are fully cooked.
STEP 7
While the cheese and vegetables are baking, boil the pasta in lightly salted water.
STEP 8
Remove the pan from the oven. Using two forks, shred the cheese and mix with the tomatoes. You should not stir vigorously or intensively, otherwise the tomatoes will turn into porridge and the appearance of the dish will deteriorate.
STEP 9
Add macaroni cheese with tomatoes.
STEP 10
Stir and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
STEP 11
Serve hot.
